Ghana forward Ransford Yeboah Königsdörffer’s proposed transfer to French side OGC Nice has fallen through after medical tests flagged an undisclosed issue.
The 22-year-old had agreed personal terms with the Ligue 1 club and was on the verge of completing a €6 million move from Hamburg SV.
However, Kickgh.com sources say the deal was called off after an irregularity emerged during a physical assessment, which was stopped midway after a gym session.
Yeboah had an outstanding season in Bundesliga 2, netting 14 goals in 19 starts, and was expected to bolster Nice’s frontline.
He has four caps for Ghana and featured at the 2023 AFCON in Ivory Coast.
