GFA boss Kwasi Nyantekyie, vice-president Fred Pappoe and Rajevac sat in a brief meeting following reports that the coach has signed a one year contract with a Saudi club and while Rajevac flatly denied the reports, he still did not give them a definite word on his future with the Black Stars.   Rajevac had told KickOffGhana.com minutes before the meeting at the Royal Villas Hotel in Mbabane Swaziland that there was no truth in reports that he had agreed a deal with Al Ahli neither would he commit his future to the side in categorical terms.   Asked by KickOffGhana.com if he would be the man in charge when Ghana play, “I cannot promise anything which will be unrealistic. Now is not the moment to discuss it. We need to finish what we started and in the next moment we will know.”   Rajevac will head straight out of Mbabane to his native Serbia and leave GFA boss Kwasi Nyantekyie and his team with a nervous one week wait on whether he has agreed to their offer of a four-year contract extension.   “The terms of the contract has been thoroughly discussed and agreed upon. The only thing left for us is to do the necessary consultation with our stakeholders and the government. We have almost agreed on it so we need to get Milovan Rajevac to put pen to paper to finalise the arrangements that we have made with him,” he said.   “What is now going to put everything in abeyance is the new position taken by the coach that in view of a personal position he has with his manager and at home, he will have to go back to Serbia to discuss those issues and sort them out before he signs the contract.   “In the event he is unable to solve those issues we may have to look elsewhere for a new coach and those are some of the indications we are receiving. It’s not a comfortable piece of news but we just have to come to terms with that,” he added.
