Prince George Koffie leaves Swedru All Blacks after securing Premier League promotion

Prince George Koffie has officially parted ways with Swedru All Blacks following the expiration of his contract, ending a successful tenure that saw the club return to the Ghana Premier League for the 2025/26 season.

Koffie, who took over early in the Division One League campaign, led the Black Magicians through a tough Zone Two to secure promotion.

His decision not to renew his deal comes as a blow to fans who had hoped he would continue into the Premier League.

A respected figure with experience at Great Olympics, Nzema Kotoko, Eleven Wonders, and Namibia’s African Stars, Koffie’s tactical acumen and calm leadership were key to All Blacks’ resurgence.

The club now begins the search for a new head coach to carry the momentum into the top flight, while Koffie is expected to attract offers from top clubs locally and beyond.
