Ghana Premier League giant, Hearts of Oak continued with the team’s pre-season training on Wednesday afternoon with a friendly match.
Thr Accra-based club travelled to Kumasi over the past weekend for the second phase of the team’s pre-season ahead of the 2022/23 football campaign.
Today, Hearts of Oak locked horns with Future Stars FC in the first match of the second phase of pre-season training,
Following a very good exercise in the first half, the Phobians led by three goals with contributions from new signings Junior Kaaba and Yassan.
Thanks to additional goals from Baafi and Enoch Asubonteng, Hearts of Oak recorded a 4-0 victory at the end of the exercise.
The Phobians are expected to play another friendly match in Kumasi before traveling to Accra.
On the opening weekend of the new Ghana Premier League season, the team will take on Aduana Stars.
