Headcoach of Black Stars, Otto Addo has confirmed the players’ readiness for their make or break Africa Cup Of Nations qualifier game against Angola on Friday.
The West African powerhouse will play as a guest to Angola on a match day five fixture at the Estadio 11 de Novembro on Friday.
Ghana needed a win at all cost to keep their hopes of making it to next year’s competition in Morocco alive.
Speaking to the GFA media Addo said,
“Yeah, the boys look sharp and in really good condition,” the 45-year-old told the Ghana FA website.
“It’s a good atmosphere. We know about the importance of this match. For me, the boys look ready and sharp and like I said, it’s been a good atmosphere,” he added.
Ghana now sit 4th in Group F with just two points after four games. However, the Black Stars have been handed a lifeline following Niger’s 4-0 win against Sudan on Thursday.
The kick off time for the encounter is 7pm.
