Ampem Darkoa Ladies forward Ajegipena Zakaria made a dream debut for the Black Queens, scoring the fourth goal in a 4-0 thrashing of Hong Kong at the Pink Ladies Cup.
Zakaria, who came on as a substitute, netted two minutes from time, capping off an impressive performance by the Ghanaian side.
The Black Queens dominated the match, scoring twice in each half. Princess Marfo opened the scoring in the 28th minute, followed by Doris Boaduwaa’s goal in the 40th minute.
Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah added a third goal just after halftime, before Zakaria sealed the win with her debut strike.
The victory marks a strong start for the Black Queens in the Pink Ladies Cup, with their next match against Russia scheduled for March 3.
