Ex-Hearts of Oak midfielder Sulley Muntari was spotted on the touchline coaching his former teammates during the CAF Confederations Cup game against Real Bamako on Sunday.
The former Ghanaian international who was at the Accra Sports Stadium to support the team was seen ditching instructions to some of the players in the second half.
It was a frustrating afternoon for the Phobians who bowed out of the competition following a 3-1 aggregate score, despite a 1-0 victory over the Malians courtesy of Caleb Amankwah‘s 89th minute goal.
Muntari signed a six-month deal with the Phobians last season, winning two trophies during his short stint with the club.
He won President Cup against Asante Kotoko and also helped the team defend the MTN FA Cup title.
