Hearts of Oak head coach Matic Slavko put his players through their paces on Wednesday ahead of their Ghana Premier League match week five encounter against Kotoku Royals.

Coach Slavko supervised a successful training session at the club’s training complex.

Daniel Afriyie Barnieh, who missed Hearts’ last Premier League game due to commitment to the Black Meteors was seen training with his teammates and is expected to be available for selection this weekend.

Barnieh was on target in the return leg as Ghana’s U-23 team defeated Mozambique 4-1 aggregate to advance to the last stage of the TotalEnergies CAF U-23 Championship qualifiers.

The Phobians secured their first win of the season against Bibiani Gold Stars at the Accra Sports stadium.

Hearts came from behind to seal a 2-1 victory on match week four of the Ghana Premier League last Saturday.

The Phobians are 11th on the league table with five points after four matches played so far.
