The Serbian has taken Hearts to the top of the Ghana Premier League but the Phobians have played most of their games this season in empty stadiums and drifted from one training ground to the other because the club has not got its own training facility. “I can’t understand that a club with Hearts of Oak’s history and fan base has not got it’s own training ground, I just can’t understand,” he told KickOffGhana.com. Papic says a club of Hearts of Oak’s stature should also be attracting more fans to the stadium than they have been having in the first half of the Glo Premier League. “We are leading the League and everyday between 500-1000 fans turn up to watch us train but on match day there are just about 4000 people in a stadium that takes 40,000. “Players want to play in a good atmosphere because it gives them an extra push. When we go to Kumasi to play Kotoko and it is a full stadium it gives the players that extra edge.”
