Black Stars coach Otto Addo was spotted at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium watching Mohammed Kudus in action against Sunderland, as part of Ghana’s preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Addo’s visit is aimed at monitoring Kudus’ progress, especially given his impressive form since joining Spurs from West Ham United.
Kudus, however, had a tough game, coming off injured after just 19 minutes, replaced by Randal Kolo Muani.
The Ghana international’s injury has raised concerns, with further medical checks expected to determine the extent of the issue.
Addo’s presence highlights the importance of Kudus to Ghana’s World Cup plans, with the Black Stars aiming to secure a spot in the 2026 tournament in Canada, Mexico, and the USA.
