Victor Osimhen is aware that Nigeria’s semi-final clash against Morocco won’t be a walkover.
“It’s not going to be easy. Morocco are playing in front of thousands of their crowd, which is an advantage for them,” he told CBS Golazo.
However, Osimhen isn’t intimidated, citing his experience playing in packed stadiums with capacities of 80,000 to 90,000.
The Super Eagles striker believes his team’s experience in high-pressure environments will be crucial.
“Many of us have played in stadiums where there is 80, 90 capacity. For me, there’s no pressure,” he said.
Osimhen is confident in his team’s abilities, pointing to their impressive display against Algeria, where they won 2-0.
Nigeria will look to Osimhen’s leadership and experience to guide them through this tough semi-final.
The Galatasaray striker is just two goals shy of Rashidi Yekini’s all-time scoring record for Nigeria and is determined to lead his team to victory.
