Victor Osimhen is confident in Nigeria’s chances against Morocco in the 2025 AFCON semi-final, saying “Morocco have a very good squad [but] we are one of the most feared teams in this tournament, considering the kind of talents we have in the squad”
The Super Eagles have been impressive so far, winning all five games and scoring 14 goals.
Osimhen, who has four goals in the tournament, believes Nigeria’s experience in high-pressure environments will help them overcome Morocco’s home advantage.
“Many of us have played in stadiums packed with 90,000 people. For me, there’s no pressure,” he told CBS Sports Golazo.
Morocco, on the other hand, has a strong squad, with Brahim Díaz leading the charge with five goals.
Coach Walid Regragui will be looking to exploit Nigeria’s defense, but Osimhen is ready for the challenge.
