The top scorer from the Africa Youth Championships has put pent to paper on a one year loan deal at Twente but has been in Ghana trying to finalise work permit issues while his new club have already crushed out of the European Champions League and are up and running in the Dutch Eridivisie. KickOffGhana.com understands that while the player has sorted out his Dutch residence permit issues, he has been told he will be issued with a Dutch work permit until the end of August. Osei’s predicament will be a bother to national U-20 coach Sellas Tetteh who is counting on the player as his main source of goals. Tetteh already has a national U-20 captain in Dede Ayew unsure about his club after being told by Marseille to find a new club and will be eager for Osei to sort himself out soon. Osei spent last season at Israeli side Meccabi Haifa and has already said he is thrilled with the chance to perform in a bigger and better League.
