Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed the appointment of Serbian Slavko Matic as their new head coach.
The 46-year-old trainer comes in as replacement from Samuel Boadu who was fired just three weeks into the 2022/23 season.
Matic holds a UEFA Pro Licence and has vast experience having managed clubs in Europe, Africa and in the Asia.
His last job was with Bulgarian club Septemvri Sofia where he was relieved of his duties a fortnight ago after their shaky start to the season.
He previously worked in Africa as head coach of Egyptian club Al-Nojoom FC.
