OFFICIAL: Andy Kumi joins Bechem United on a two-year deal from Asante Kotoko

Asante Kotoko striker, Andy Kumi Francis has joined Bechem United on a permanent deal ahead of the 2022/23 season.

The 23-year-old has signed a two-year deal with the 2021/22 MTN FA Cup finalist.

Kumi joined the Kotoko in 2021 on a long-term deal after an impressive spell with Unistar Academy but has struggled to establish himself as a mainstay in the team since his arrival.

He will be hoping to play a huge role for the Hunters ahead of the new campaign having struggled at Asante Kotoko despite his promising start.

Kumi was included in the Black Stars provisional man squad for 2021 Africa Cup Nations [AFCON] qualifiers against South Africa and Sao Tome but was subsequently dropped from the final list.
