Nsoatreman coach Maxwell Konadu discharged after brutal attack by Bofoakwa Tano fans

Nsoatreman FC’s head coach, Maxwell Konadu, was released from the hospital today after being assaulted by suspected Bofoakwa Tano fans following a 1-1 draw in a Week 11 match of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.

Coach Konadu spent the night in the hospital, and the team expressed gratitude for the support and prayers during this challenging time in a statement on Monday evening.

“Our coach Maxwell Konadu has been discharged from the hospital. We thank everyone who prayed for our coach during these difficult moments. Efiri Tete Amanaso,”

Meanwhile the Ghana Police Service have began a manhunt for the suspects behind the attack on the former Black Stars assistant trainer.
