Nora Häuptle named new Black Queens head coach

 Nora Häuptle has been named as the new Head Coach for the senior Women’s National Team – the Black Queen

She takes over from Mercy Tagoe Quarcoo who led the Black Queens to win the maiden edition to the West Africa Football Union (WAFU) in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire as an interim coach in 2018.
 
Häuptle initially acted in the role of a Technical Advisor of Ghana’s U-20 female side – The Black Princesses.

Nora previously worked with the Israeli Football Association as Head Coach and Women’s Director for the national team and also had a stint with SC Sand 1946 – a German Women’s Bundeliga club.
