Newcastle United are being linked with one of the Championship’s outstanding talents in Crysencio Summerville.

According to a recent report from Football Transfers, Newcastle United are vigorously vying to secure the signature of Leeds United’s standout talent, Crysencio Summerville, during the upcoming summer transfer window, amidst efforts from the Whites to prolong his tenure at Elland Road.

However, Newcastle face stiff competition, as Liverpool and AC Milan are also prominently mentioned as potential contenders for the £45 million rated 22-year-old winger. Summerville’s pivotal role in Daniel Farke’s strategy during the Championship promotion campaign, marked by an impressive record of 17 goals and eight assists in 36 starts, underscores his significance to Leeds United.

With his contract set to expire in 2026, Leeds United recognise the urgency of maximising Summerville’s market value in the impending transfer window.

Newcastle United will have eyes on a new forward this summer given the injury struggles which have plagued the team throughout the campaign. There’s also a worry that Alexander Isak could depart the club at the end of the season with Arsenal lurking with intent.

Crysencio Summerville could leave Leeds United in the summer with Newcastle United, AC Milan and Liverpool linked with the 22-year-old.

Crysencio Summerville wanted by Newcastle, AC Milan and Liverpool

While there’s a possibility that Summerville might continue his tenure at Leeds United should they clinch promotion to the Premier League next month, recent reports suggest that his stay at Elland Road is far from certain, even in the event of promotion.

The allure of a potential move to Newcastle holds significant appeal for the talented winger, indicating that he might be open to exploring new opportunities.

While Liverpool and Milan boast illustrious histories and top-tier competition, the potential of consistent minutes on the pitch may weigh heavily in Summerville’s decision-making process, potentially making Newcastle a more appealing destination for the talented youngster.
