Nations FC, Skyy FC, Heart of Lions and Bofoakwa set for Super Cup semis

Nations FC, Kpando Heart of Lions, Bofoakwa Tano and former champions Skyy FC are set for a showdown in the semifinal of the Division One League Super Cup.

Nations FC and Heart of Lions qualified from Group A while Skyy FC and Bofoakwa Tano brushed aside Nzema Kotoko and Young Apostles to make the last four.

Though Skyy FC are the only side with an unbeaten record in the tournament, Kpando Heart of Lions and Nations have heavily impressed in the off season tournament that kicked off on Friday, August 18,2023.

Skyy FC scored 4 goals and conceded none in the Group stage and remains the only side with a 100% record – three wins from three matches – putting themselves in pole position for a final appearance.

In the semifinals, Group A winners Nations will battle Bofoakwa Tano while Skyy FC locks horns with Kpando Heart of Lions for a place in the final.

The two semifinal matches are scheduled for the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, Abrankese on Tuesday, August 29,2023.

Winners of the two semifinal make it to the final on Friday, September 01,2023.
