Ghana Premier League side Nations FC are on the verge of securing the services of talented striker Faisal Charwetey from Akatsi All Stars kickoffghana.com can exclusively confirmed.
The youngster has reportedly agreed to join the Kumasi-based outfit, with an official announcement expected in the coming days.
Charwetey’s impressive performance in the 2023/2024 Division One League caught the attention of Nations FC, where he finished as Akatsi All Stars’ top scorer with 12 goals in Zone Three.
His addition is expected to bolster Nations FC’s attacking department ahead of the new Ghana Premier League season.
The 22-year-old striker previously played for Ashaiman Juventus before joining Akatsi All Stars.
The 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League new season set to kick off on September 6.
