Halifax Ladies recorded their first win in the Southern Sector of the FreshPak National Women’s League Week 3 with a 2-1 success over Immigration Ladies on Sunday.
Goals from Portia Prempeh and Ernestina Tetteh and a consolation from Linda Mensah decided the tie.
Ghana U17 captain Mukarama Abdulai scored a brace as Northern Ladies thumped Kumasi Sports Academy 4-0.
The other goals came from Linda Obeng and Jafara Rahama.
Ampem Darkoa were 2-0 winners over Pearlpia in Techiman thanks to goals from Grace Asantewaa and Yanyimaya Gnabekan.
