My goal is to score goals and help the team to win games – Mohammed Kudus

Mohammed Kudus has said his main focus is to contribute to the team’s success by scoring goals and helping secure victories for West Ham United.

The Hammers ended their eight-game winless streak with a victory against Brentford on Monday night. During this challenging period, Kudus, 23, was unable to find the back of the net.

Kudus recognizes the team’s recent struggles but remains optimistic about their potential to bounce back. He is determined to give his best to assist the team, with his sights set on success in the UEFA Europa League.

“We’re experiencing a tough time, but everyone is giving their best. We refuse to give up; we are still pushing to turn things around, taking on opponents and creating opportunities. This is crucial – when you strive to change the situation, it will inevitably improve,” Kudus shared.

“My main objectives are to support the team in any way I can, win matches, and secure points. We are competing in Europe now, and our goal is to leave a mark as we did last year, while also challenging the top six teams in the league.”

“Yes, absolutely [we can win the UEFA Europa League]. Last year, we clinched the UEFA Europa Conference League, so we possess the same mindset and approach for every game. It’s certainly within our reach.”
