The Ghanaian completed a half season loan spell at Sunderland from Inter Milan and is adamant he wants to see out his contract at the Italian club and prove himself again. It is thought the midfielder’s time at Inter is up especially with limited first team opportunities but he has told KickOffGhana.com in an exclusive interview that he still has a future at the club. “I am going back to Milan and start pre season with Inter and then we will see how it goes. But I want to stay in Italy and play with Inter because that is my team,” he said. Muntari says reports suggesting he is all set to sign for Galatasaray in Turkey is wide off the mark. “This is part of the job and happens regularly in this business. It’s not a new thing. When the season ends and market opens it always happens so I am used to it.” What Muntari is not used to is sitting on the bench and while he has not completely ruled out a loan move if things don’t go well, he says it is not part of his plans now. “I hate sitting on the bench, hate not playing so I am going to go there, train well and see what happens. “I don’t know (about going on loan) but I will take my time, work hard, pray and see how it goes.”
