Mohammed Kudus passes Tottenham medical ahead of £55m move

Mohammed Kudus has successfully completed the main part of his medical at Tottenham Hotspur, taking a major step toward finalising his high-profile transfer from West Ham United.

The 24-year-old Ghana international is now on the verge of becoming a Spurs player, with only the final paperwork and contract formalities left to complete.

Kudus is expected to sign a six-year deal with the north London club in a transfer worth £55 million (€64.5 million).

Tottenham moved quickly to secure the versatile attacker after an initial £50 million bid was rejected. With personal terms already agreed, the club reached a full agreement with West Ham earlier this week.

Once the formal documents are signed, Kudus will officially become Tottenham’s latest addition and the most expensive Ghanaian footballer in history, surpassing Thomas Partey’s £45 million move to Arsenal in 2020.

Kudus scored five goals and provided four assists in 35 Premier League appearances for West Ham last season. His dynamic style and ability to play multiple roles in attack have made him one of the league’s most exciting young talents.

Tottenham are expected to announce the signing once all formalities are concluded.
