Mohammed Kudus has confirmed his imminent departure from Ajax following his sensational display in their 4-1 win over Ludogorets in the first leg of the play-off tie of the Europa League on Thursday.

The Ghanaian international bagged a hat-trick in what was potentially his last game in Ajax colors.

The 23 year old looks set to complete a move to London Stadium with West Ham reportedly on the verge of sealing a transfer in the coming days.

The Premier League side have submitted a bid valued at €41.5 million, with €3 million in potential add-ons.

The proposed deal will also encompass a 10% sell-on clause, contributing to its comprehensive structure. This latest offer is projected to be accepted by the Eredivisie club.

Negotiations surrounding personal terms have already been concluded, with the Ghanaian international set to to finalize a five-year contract, with an optional sixth year.

“Yes, I think it was my final game here at Ajax. But let’s see what happens in the next day” he told reporters after the match.

“The talks are going on. We have to see if an agreement is reached in the next days”
