Accra Hearts of Oak defender, Mohammed Alhassan is set to leave the club for refusing a contract extension, kickoffghana can exclusively report.
The former WAFA man has six months left on his contract and is reluctant to renew it.
Alhassan submitted a transfer request letter three weeks ago but management are yet to approve the request.
The 30-year-old is believed to want to join Asante Kotoko in the ongoing transfer window.
He joined Hearts of Oak from WAFA in 2018 as a free agent.
Alhassan made 30 appearances for the Phobians in the Ghana premier league last season and currently at Prampram with the Black Galaxies as they prepare for the CHAN qualifiers against Benin at the Cape Coast Stadium on 24th July 2022.
