Midfielder Kudus Mohammed ruled out of Ghana’s friendlies against Nigeria, Uganda

Ghanaian star boy Kudus Mohammed has been ruled out of Ghana’s FIFA International friendlies against Nigeria and Uganda respectively.

The former Ajax midfielder picked up a knock during the English Premier League clash against Aston Villa at the London Stadium.

The midfielder is currently been assessed and has been confirmed out for a while as he goes through recovery process ordered by the club’s medical team.

The 23-year-old has been impressive for West Ham after netting six goals and providing three assists in 24 games.

The Black Stars will face Nigeria and Uganda at the Grande Marrakech stadium in Morocco as part of preparations towards the FIFA World Cup qualifiers in June.

Ghana will face Mali and Chad on match day three and four in June in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
