Ghana international Kamal Sowah has sealed a move to Dutch Eredivisie side NAC Breda on a two-and-a-half-year deal, with an option to extend for another year.
This transfer marks a new chapter for Sowah after parting ways with Belgian Pro League outfit Club Brugge
Sowah reunites with his former manager Carl Hoefkens, under whom he played at OH Leuven and Club Brugge.
Sowah, a versatile midfielder, boasts a dynamic attacking profile and is capable of playing in multiple positions.
”Kamal has a dynamic attacking profile and can play in multiple positions,” Sporting director Peter Maas said.
“He is also strong in his defensive work and fits in well with this NAC with his aggressive style.
“Kamal is indeed quite fit, but because he has not played for a while, he will first receive extra training. The focus at NAC this season is absolutely on maintaining his position in the Eredivisie, but with Kamal’s arrival we are also already selecting for next season.”
