Ghanaian midfielder Amankwah Forson registered an assist in Norwich City’s 4-3 victory over Stevenage SC in the EFL Cup play-off.
He set up Onel Hernandez for a goal which ultimately was the winner in the game.
Abu Kamara had opened the scoring for Norwich before Stevenage quickly equalized through Charlie Goode.
Hernandez restored Norwich’s lead in the 35th minute, only for Louis Appere to level the score again in the 45th minute, ending the first half at 2-2.
Despite a late own goal by Brads Hills, Norwich held on to advance in the EFL Cup play-off.
Forson impressed during his 61 minutes on the pitch, earning a rating of 6.5 after the match at Carrow Road.
The 21-year-old recently joined Norwich City from Red Bull Salzburg.
