Ghana Premier League side Medeama SC have secured the signing of 18-year-old winger Henry Nyarko from Fijai United Soccer Academy on a four-year contract.
Nyarko’s arrival comes after a breakout performance in the 2025 Western Regional Football Association (WRFA) Super Middle League, where he helped Fijai Academy reach the semifinals.
He was named MVP in their group stage win over Tarkwa United and earned a spot in the Team of the Tournament.
“Joining Medeama is a big step for me. I’m grateful and ready to give everything for this badge,” Nyarko said at his unveiling. “I look forward to working with Coach Ibrahim Tanko and playing in front of the fans.”
Coach Tanko praised the youngster’s addition: “Henry has great potential. His pace, energy, and willingness to learn make him a valuable asset.”
The move aligns with Medeama’s long-term vision of investing in promising youth talent as the club continues to build for the future.
