Medeama SC will battle Karela United in an outstanding Premier League match on Wednesday January 1, 2025.
The Mauve and Yellow’s last match in the Premier League occurred December 14, where they suffered a thrilling 3-2 defeat at Vision FC.
Medeama will honour their match day-14 game against Karela United at the TnA Stadium in Tarkwa on Wednesday.
This is the first of two outstanding matches set to be honoured by Medeama SC after the club contributed six players to the Black Galaxies team for the CHAN qualifier against Nigeria.
Interim coach Evans Augustine Adotey will take charge of the team for the first time this season following the departure of Bosnian Kapor Nebojsa.
Karela United must replicate last season’s performance in Tarkwa, where they pulled off a remarkable 1-0 win at the Akoon Community Park to secure their top-flight status on the final day of the 2023-24 Premier League season.
Medeama will maintain their 7th position with a win while Karela United will go above Vision FC in 12th position.
