Ghana Premier League side Medeama SC have confirmed the departure of goalkeeper Appiah Kubi by mutual consent as part of a broader squad restructuring ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The Tarkwa-based club announced the decision on Wednesday, June 18, in a post on social media, thanking the 24-year-old for his service.
“Thank you, Appiah Kubi, for the good memories,” the statement read.
Kubi, formerly of Accra Lions, becomes the fourth player to exit the club in the past 24 hours, following the departures of Michael Enu, Michael Sarpong, and Francis Andy Kumi.
Medeama are revamping their squad as they prepare for a fresh campaign after a mixed 2024/25 season.
