Bechem United emerged 1-0 victors over Aduana Stars in their pulsating regional derby at the Gyeabour Park in Bechem in the Brong Ahafo region on Saturday.Â
Midfielder Yaw Arnol converted a 10th minute penalty to score the goal that handed the three points to Bechem while Aduana slipped further down the ladder to fifth place.
Aduana went into the game knowing their top-four spot could be compromised but Bechem’s determination to improve their status in the league pushed them to grab all the maximum points at stake.
