Maritzburg United ace Richard Ofori appears to be one of the front-runners for the Premier Soccer League Goalkeeper of the Season award.
The rookie exceeded expectations and could be shortlisted alongside side Kaizer Chiefs’ Itumeleng Khune and Denis Onyango of Mamelodi Sundowns.
Ofori was one of the reasons why Maritzburg finished with the second-best defence in the league (23 goals conceded).
The nominees will be announced on Monday‚ 21 May 2018 at the PSL headquarters in Parktown.
The PSL awards will be held on Tuesday‚ May 29 at the Sandton Convention Centre
