Lord Hilary Adabo seals Kotoko switch, eyes Black Stars breakthrough

Asante Kotoko have completed the signing of 21-year-old midfielder Lord Hilary Adabo on a three-year deal from FC Samartex.

Adabo arrives with over 60 Ghana Premier League appearances under his belt, having previously featured for Real Tamale United and Samartex.

Known for his discipline and ball-winning prowess, he is expected to add grit and balance to Kotoko’s midfield ahead of their domestic and CAF Confederation Cup campaigns.

Speaking to Kotoko Media, Adabo said:
“There were offers, even from abroad, but Kotoko is the right place for me to grow and push for a Black Stars call-up. This is a big step, and I’m ready.”

He will link up with the squad for pre-season in the coming days.
