Liverpool will host Tottenham in the third round of the Carabao Cup, while Manchester United have been paired with Brighton and holders Manchester City will face Norwich.
The nine Premier League clubs competing in Europe this season enter the competition at this stage, creating several all-top-flight ties in the draw.
Arsenal will travel to Ipswich, Aston Villa visit Coventry and Bournemouth host Lincoln. Sunderland have been drawn at home to Hull, while Crystal Palace will entertain Middlesbrough.
The remaining all-Premier League fixtures are Everton against Wolves and Millwall against Newcastle. Fleetwood, the only fourth-tier team left in the competition, will welcome Sheffield United.
Leeds have been drawn against either Chelsea or Luton. Chelsea must first overcome Luton in their second-round tie at Stamford Bridge on Thursday, with kick-off scheduled for 19:30 BST.
The other unresolved tie involves Fulham and AFC Wimbledon. The winner of that match, which takes place on Thursday at 20:00 BST, will travel to West Ham in the third round.
