The Black Stars defeated Madagascar 3-0 in their opening game at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on June 1.
Central Africa Republic lost to Angola 2-1 in their opening game and will be hoping to bounce back with a win.
The game is being played at a neutral venue in Angola because Central Africa Republic do not have an approved venue in their country.

The Black Stars touched down in Angola on the early hours of Saturday and held their mandatory training session and also the pre match conference in the evening.
Coach Otto Addo could parade only 25 players for this game having missed the service of forward Antoine Semenyo and Celta Vigo defender Joseph Aidoo, all due to injuries.
Also, goalkeeper Richard Ofori was also left home because of a hamstring injury with his position taken by Kotoko goalie Ibrahim Danlad.
The only two home-based players in the initial list, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh and Augustine Okrah have all been left home with the reason still unknown but defender Dennis Korsah was handed a late call up to join the team.
Already, deputy skipper Thomas Partey and center back Alexander Djiku are also out of the game due to injury and personal reasons respectively.
