Ghana midfielder, David Abagna has opened up on what inspired Petrocub to secure a big win over FC Milsami Orhei in Moldova.
The former Real Tamale United captain featured for his team on Saturday and scored in their 3-0 win over FC Milsami Orhei.
Speaking in a post-match interview, David Abagba explained that the victory was possible because the players listened and played to the instruction of the head coach.
He said although the game was tough, the team fought hard to bag the three points at full-time.
“I think today’s game it was. Difficult one but I think we came out trying to look for a win and we listened to the coach. He showed us what we are supposed to do on the pitch and we came out and we tried to put in the effort and discipline and it gave us the victory,” David Abagna said after the match.
In his interview with the media team of Petrocub, the midfielder expressed appreciation to the fans for providing the support to lead the team to victory.
