Legon Cities coach Samuel Paa Kwesi Fabin has hailed Samartex performance in the matchday 8 of the Ghana Premier League.
The Royals succumbed to a 3-0 defeat to the Timber Boys at the Nsenkyire Sports Complex on Wednesday.
Goals from Emmanuel Mamah, Emmanuel Keyekeh and Michael Epshon were enough for the host to secure maximum points in the encounter.
After the game, Fabin admitted Samartex were the better side and thus, deserve victory.
“Samartex played well and took their chances in the game. At the end of the day, we lost so we will go back to the drawing board and work on the weaknesses we saw in our match AGAINST Samartex before our next game” he said.
Legon Cities will play host to Medeama in the matchday 9 of the Ghana Premier League at the El-Wak Stadium.
