On Monday night, Lazio hosts Sampdoria at the Stadio Olimpico as the home team looks to enhance their chances of finishing in those lucrative Champions League spots in Serie A.

Poor defensive displays have been the main cause of their recent poor results, as Samp have conceded at least two goals in three of their last four games in Serie A.
Unsurprising, considering their position in the table, Sampdoria has a poor recent away record, having suffered four defeats in the process. They have also conceded at least two goals in four of their previous six away matches in Serie A.
