Former Ghana international, Laryea Kingston has thrown his weight behind the Black Stars team after their pre- World cup friendlies against Brazil and Nicaragua.
Black Stars engaged in friendlies against Brazil where they lost 3-0 in France and Nicaragua who suffered a 1-0 defeat.
The team has one more friendly against Switzerland in November before leaving for the biggest football tournament in Qatar.
Despite the pessimism about the team, Kingston is positive about an upturn in form.
“At this moment, the World Cup is very close and definitely I have to make it clear to the world that, I have believe in the Black Stars after their two friendlies.” he told Radio Gold.
Ghana, four time African champions are paired against South Korea, Portugal and Uruguay in group H.
