Kwame Karikari scored in Chennaiyin FC’s friendly win over fellow Indian Premier League side Odisha.
Chennaiyin FC thrashed Odisha 5-1 in the encounter at the SRMC Ground here on Saturday.
Chennaiyin FC captain Anirudh Thapa scored in the 4th minute, Rahim Ali made it 2-0 in the 48th minute.
Chennaiyin kept on attacking and added a third in the 55th minute via Petar Sliskovic, Ghana’s Kwame Karikari scored in the 83rd minute and Suhail Pasha netted the last goal for Chennaiyin, who absolutely dominated the second half.
Diego Mauricio scored the only goal for the visiting Odisha team in the 33rd minute.
