Kumasi Sports Academy share points with Tamale super Ladies in Northern Zone

Kumasi Sports Academy drew at home to Tamale Super Ladies in the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League. The first half of the game ended goalless as both teams were not able to break the deadlock. Back from recess, Kumasi Sports Academy Ladies got their goal through a goalkeeping error in the 60th minutes but Tamale super Ladies responded quickly to equalise in the 63rd minutes of the game.

In the other game in Kumasi, Ivy Owusu scored a first half hat trick to hand Dreamz Ladies the needed 3 points over PearlPia Ladies. Faiza Abdul Rashid pulled one back for the visitors in the 30th minute. PearlPia Ladies came into the second half with great energy looking to reduce the deficit but their efforts was in vein. This result leaves Pearl Pia ladies at the bottom of the table in the Northern Zone.

Champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies will clash with Fosu Royal Ladies at the Ohene Ameyaw Park on Monday.
