The 22-year-old broke the deadline early in the game to set the tone for what turned out to be a comfortable victory at the Abe Lenstra Stadion.
The Ghanaian international also provided the assist for Edson Álvarez to double their advantage before Steven Bergwijn and Kenneth scored to wrap up all three points.
Kudus has scored 11 goals and registered 2 assists in the Dutch Eredivisie this season.
He is part of Chris Hughton’s 25-man Ghana squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Angola.
