Kotoko without this lethal forward for Hearts of Oak clash on Sunday [Pure FM] —

Giants Asante Kotoko are expected to be without key forward Georges Mfegue Omgba when they face rivals Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

The Porcupine Warriors will attempt to win back the confidence and trust of their fans when they host the Phobians in a crunchy Matchday 3 clash at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

According to Kumasi-based Pure FM, Seydou Zerbo would not be able to use the Cameroonian due to an injury he suffered almost a fortnight ago.

Sources close to the Kotoko camp further reveal that the 25-year-old who scored 8 league goals and provided 4 assists last season is also pushing for a move away from the club.

His compatriot, Franck Mbella Etouga has already joined Egyptian side Al Masry for a reported $400,000 transfer and he is also looking to head out through the exit gates at the club.

Kotoko are seeking to appease their fans with victory over Hearts in Kumasi after crashing out of the CAF Champions League last weekend.
