Kotoko will sign more players to augment our squad in current transfer window – David Obeng Nyarko

The Brands and Communications Director of Asante Kotoko, David Obeng Nyarko has opened up on the transfer plans of Asante Kotoko in the January transfer window.

According to him, the club will sign a few more players this month in its bid to augment the squad of the team for the ongoing 2022/23 football season and beyond.

“Asante Kotoko is looking forward to beef up any department in this transfer window,” David Obeng Nyarko said while adding, “We are ready to build the youth project of Asante Kotoko.”

In the January transfer window, Asante Kotoko have already signed former Medeama SC midfielder Rashid Nortey.

Meanwhile, David Obeng Nyarko has also disclosed that Asante Kotoko have requested for the StarTimes contract but the Ghana FA is yet to respond.

“We requested for the Startimes Contract but GFA hasn’t responded to us,” he told Kumasi-based Angel FM.
