Interim head coach of Asante Kotoko SC, Prince Yaw Owusu, has cautioned his players to remain fully focused ahead of Sunday’s Ghana Premier League clash against Vision Football Club.
Speaking to AKSC Media, Owusu admitted that while Kotoko’s recent 2-0 victory over Young Apostles has lifted morale following their Super Clash defeat to Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club, the team cannot afford to relax.
“It won’t be easy,” he warned.
Owusu emphasised that Vision FC will pose a different tactical challenge and that consistency — not just a bounce-back win — is what defines genuine title contenders.
“We are ready to face Vision FC. It won’t be easy, but in the end, victory will be ours.”
With kickoff set for 3:00 pm at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, the Porcupine Warriors will be aiming to capitalise on home advantage and maintain momentum as the league enters a decisive phase.
