Kumasi Asante Kotoko have released their 20-man squad for the Champion of Champions clash against 2024/25 Ghana Premier League winners Bibiani GoldStars.

The highly anticipated encounter is scheduled for Sunday, April 31, 2025, at Duns Park in Bibiani.

The curtain-raiser for the 2025/26 Ghana football season brings together FA Cup champions Kotoko and league winners GoldStars in what promises to be a fierce contest.

The Porcupine Warriors will be eager to make amends after a disappointing run in the GHALCA Top 4 competition, where they failed to record a single victory.

Head coach Abdul Karim Zito has named a strong traveling squad as his side looks to kick off the new campaign with silverware.

Goalkeeper Mohammed Camara headlines the squad, alongside Dari Aziz, while defensive duties will be anchored by in-form center-back Samba O’Neil, Henry Ansu, Patrick Asiedu, and Shayibu Abubakar.

In attack, Kwame Poku and Albert Amoah are expected to provide the cutting edge as Kotoko target a winning start to the season.

Asante Kotoko full squad vs Bibiani GoldStars:

Mohammed Camara, Shayibu Abubakar, Dari Aziz, Samba O’Neil, Albert Amoah, Patrick Asiedu, Henry Ansu, Joseph Ablor, Lord Adabo Hillary, Hubert Gyau, Donzo Morifing, Jordan Amissah, Zakaria Fuseini, Philip Amoah, Emmanuel Antwi, Saaka Dauda, Seth Osei, Tenadu, Musa Hamzata, Walid Fuseini.
