The Porcupine Warriors have already lost half of their games this season and are a distance off the League title but the club’s new Interim Management Team reckon Addo, a Premier League winner with Hearts of Oak who also guided AshantiGold to the runner’s up spot in the CAF Champions League can get them out of the pit. New Kotoko IMT member and club legend Osei Kofi told KickOffGhana.com that Addo has the experience and expertise to get the club out of its present situation. “We considered the likes of Sam Arday, Emmanuel Afranie and Bashir Hayford but we have settled on Herbert Addo and are talking to him,” he said. “He has a good understanding of the local game and is one of the few good coaches who is not tied to any club.” Kotoko have been through two coaches already this season while a third Isaac Opeele Boateng has told them he wants to revert to his role as assistant after failing to stop the club from leaking goals and losing games.
Kotoko – Adoo is top target
