Konadu Yiadom will not play for Hearts of Oak despite signing – Agent Joe Abu Salam

The representative of Konadu Yiadom, Joe Abu Salam has disclosed that the former WAFA skipper will not play for Hearts of Oak despite signing for them.

Yaidom joined the Phobians last week on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

Salaam confirmed on Tuesday that Hearts failed to register the 22-year-old for the upcoming 2022/23 season which kicks off next month. He stated on Asempa FM that the Phobians failed to make full payment of the agreed fee for the player’s services, thus leading to the decision not release him for registration.

Responding to the issue on the same radio station, Hearts board member Vincent Sowah claimed Salam is greedy and that’s why he is behaving as such.

Reacting to Vincent Sowah’s comments, Salam vowed not allow Yiadom play for Hearts.

“I am shocked that Odotei will call me greed. Calling me by names. I am not greedy. Does Odotei know about football? And he there calling me greed,” Abu Salam quizzed.

“Odotei should quit football. He doesn’t understand football. Today he is calling me greed? He should go and do his politics. I am sorry for Odotei.

“This boy (Konadu Yiadom) will not play for Hearts of Oak despite signing.”
